Integrity represents a comprehensive ethical framework that commits all stakeholders to the highest ethical and professional standards. It includes:

  • Combating cheating during assessments.
  • Preventing plagiarism or misappropriation of intellectual work.
  • Ensuring that submitted projects are the trainee’s original work.
  • Avoiding manipulation of results or bias in evaluations.
  • Prohibiting forgery of documents or circumvention of rules and regulations.

Any action that infringes upon others’ rights or involves misleading information or unoriginal projects constitutes a violation of integrity.


Forms of Integrity Violations

Integrity violations in the e-training environment include, but are not limited to:

  1. Cheating: Using unauthorized means to gain undue results or grades.
  2. Impersonation: Representing another person or participating on their behalf in assessments or training activities.
  3. Exploitation of Collaboration: Presenting joint efforts as individual work or unjustly benefiting from others’ efforts.
  4. Fabrication and Forgery: Misrepresentation of data or falsification of documents or training results.
  5. Academic Dishonesty: Copying or misusing others’ work without proper attribution or permission.

Procedures and Penalties for Violations

In the event of an integrity violation at Expertpath, the following actions may be taken:

  1. Official Warning: The violator is notified of the breach and warned against repeating it.
  2. Re-Evaluation: Cancellation of grades or results related to the violation, with a requirement to redo assessments or projects.
  3. Temporary Suspension: The violator’s account may be suspended, preventing participation in training activities for a specified period.
  4. Permanent Exclusion: The violator may be permanently barred from using Expertpath’s services.
  5. Notification to Authorities: In cases of document forgery or falsification, relevant authorities may be informed to take necessary action.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all beneficiaries of Expertpath’s services, including trainers, trainees, and staff. Adherence to this policy is mandatory, and violations will result in disciplinary actions as per the organization’s regulations
